Holistic Huntley ...principles try to educate people on how to stay healthy and prevent illness. It is what we put into our bodies that control our resistance to disease.

If we burden it with impurities, invading micro-organisms will find a way to multiply, because of the psychological, physical, emotional, or biochemical imbalances which are caused by the bad environment we create within our bodies, from our exposure to chemicals and the social environment we are involved in that causes us stress.

Sessions:
1 hour in length (50 min exercise/behavioral counseling with 10 min reflection/cool down)
Packages: Sessions per week are available in 2,3, or 4-day programs, consist of physical exercise, and genuine hard-nose talk, about improving your short and long-range goals in a meaningful way.

Programs:

Shape-N-Symmetry: A 2-day per week session. The program emphasizes on improving tone muscles/skin with the latest innovated machinery, and calisthenics exercises.

Strength-N-Stability: A 3-day per week session. The program emphasizes exercises in yoga/multi-unit machine that improves muscularity, stability and strength and shape of muscle. Shape N Stability exercises stabilize the area of importance to build a supporting body frame, and to improve your physical (mechanical) life function, and overall looks.

Holistic Huntley Hierarchy: A 4-day per week program. The program emphasizes a tough workout session of free weight lifting/calisthenics, and flexibility/yoga techniques, and discussion session on how to improve their life with holistic principles from the Guru of Holistic Life Principles for Better living on Earth.
